The Pousada Catarinense was established by the Carlotto family in 1997. They had been in agriculture in the south of Brazil in the state of Santa Catarina. They left Santa Catarina in search of a cure for the father of Rosane, wife of Carlos. He had a medical condition which the doctors had termed hopeless and had given him up as beyond help. Through a friend, the family had learned of the existence of the “House of Dom Inácio” in Abadiâniânia-GO. There, the problem was treated for three months and completely cured. Following the treatment, the spiritual medium João Teixeira of Faria spoke to the family: Come for Abadiânia, because the cure is here. Today the father of Rosane is cured of his illness (Skin cancer) and moved to Mato Grosso in 1999. Today in gratitude to the spiritual medium “João Teixeira of Faria” and for many blessings received, including the cure, all the Carlotto family render voluntary services in the “House of Dom Inácio.”

During the time that the father of Rosane went for the treatment, the family established“Pousa Catarinense”, It was built with our own hands as a labor of love and gratitude to God and to help pass the blessings we have recieved on to others.
